01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sainfoxiya Gifts website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
02 Gift Card Usage
Sainfoxiya Gifts acts as an authorized distributor of global digital gift cards.
- Gift cards are digital-only and delivered via email.
- Each brand has its own redemption policy which must be followed.
- Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
03 Payments & Refunds
All prices are in USD ($). Payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of digital assets, once a gift card code is revealed or dispatched, it is non-refundable unless the code is proven defective.
04 Limitation of Liability
Sainfoxiya Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes after delivery. We are not liable for any technical failures on the merchant's side (e.g., Amazon, Netflix).
05 Modifications
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
